Merry Christmas!

I made the most incredible recipe the other night. I made it up, actually. And took lots of great pictures...which are all still on the memory card, in the camera, in the suitcase, in the car, ready to hit the road in the morning.

I'm Lindsay. I'm a wife and mother of four. I'm a certified personal trainer. I'm passionate (some may say obsessive) about a lot of things, but one of my biggest passions is creating a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. We try to eat healthy foods. We exercise a lot. We try to balance work, church, school and other obligations while spending as much quality time together as we can doing things that are good for us. We are far from perfect, but we enjoy the journey!

I often have people ask me about my work out routine, or for a recipe or a snack suggestion. I decided to start blogging about it to make it easier for all! Who knows if anyone will read this, but I like the idea of having all my random healthy thoughts and ideas in one place.
