I tried to do this last night but my laptop was saying something about cookies and caches and I just was too tired to deal with it.
Anyway--marathon training, day 2! I took Kirby out for a morning walk, I did upper body strength in the afternoon and I ran three miles on the treadmill last night. I like these first few weeks of the schedule. I can handle these 1.5 and 3 mile runs just fine. We will see how I feel when I get to the 18 mile day. Yikes. That seems, um, impossible.
Onward and upward!
