So today I did about 15 minutes of Pilates! Woo hoo!!! In the last three weeks the most working out I have done is crawling from the bed in my room to the bed on my couch.
My lungs are still iffy and I'm still TIRED and I get massive sinus headaches every day, but I am finally feeling like I'm on my way back!! I'm hoping to start blogging my food and work out choices again tomorrow.
It's been way too long.
