If my kids aren't the healthiest kids on the planet (or at least at their school) then it is not my fault. This morning's breakfast was something to be proud of.
Whole-wheat, fat-free orange muffins with pumpkin puree and smoothies with so much health flowing out of them it's just madness. (Made with bananas, strawberries, peaches, pineapple, blueberries, baby spinach, freshly squeezed carrot, tangelo and apple juice, fat free yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, chia seeds and flaxseed oil.)
I had one too, only without the yogurt and cottage cheese and with protein powder and almond milk.
